Aim: Help people who have been displaced by the political violence

Since the elections at the end of December 2007, there has been a lot of uncertainty for the people of Kenya and Kisumu in particular where we have links. We want to help them recover and provide what they need.

Give a Goat

Aim: 100 goats for 100 families in 2007

Each goat is given to a family along with a share in a male goat and veterinary assistance in case it is needed. You can give anything you want towards a goat, or give more than one.

£30 buys a whole goat. Donations of £5/10/15 welcome.

Give a Beehive

Aim: 70 more hives in 2007

The hives made for the project in DR Congo allow for repeated harvests. Your contribution will mean honey can be harvested again and again. The plot of land set aside for the project will take 1000 hives, so we've a long way to go.

Give to a Revolving Fund

Aim: Start one revolving fund per month

Only small amounts of money are required to help small businesses to start and grow in East Africa. We build up a revolving fund grant from small donations, so please give what you can.

Give to the Development Fund

Aim: Finance basic development work

The general fund covers water and agriculture projects in Kenya and Tanzania, capacity building and education in Uganda and DR Congo. Help build a solid foundation for sustainability.
